Raise the Bar Performance is an online company that offers online coaching and performance programming for all types of athletes. We are here to help athletes succeed and give them the tools to advance their athletic abilities and everyday life.

Over the years Olympic weightlifting has become more popular and the demand has increased significantly. However, throughout the United States there are still limited facilities that offer this unique style of training. Many athletes must rely on basic, old school programming through their public school system. Raise the Bar is here to fill in the empty places by offering customized monthly strength and conditioning programming and online video coaching. More and more athletes are transforming their work out programs to maximize their results and excel to the next level.
Raise the Bar is here to help athletes reach those goals and dreams of reaching a higher level of athletics. It’s not just about putting more weight on the bar, it’s about increasing knowledge of higher level training, doing whatever it takes to achieve your goals and going beyond your normal limits.

Who can purchase our services?

The programs created here at Raise the Bar Performance are geared towards any caliber athlete, from a beginner of any age to advanced athletes. Each program is customized to fit an individual’s needs by the sport they play or results they wish to achieve. Anyone can purchase these programs since they will be customized to the individual:
Weightlifters
CrossFit
Sport Specific Athletes no matter the age or gender
Anyone looking to increase their body’s ability to function healthier

Mission Statement:

The goal of this organization is to design and implement Olympic weightlifting programs to athletes without the proper resources. We want to target all calibers of athletes, to involve them in a program custom designed to meet their personal and athletic needs, and to increase their knowledge of weightlifting to help the individual grow as an athlete and support the development of the entire individual.Intent:

The intent of this program is to use weightlifting as the primary tool to develop character.
This activity requires discipline and a good work ethic. The program builds confidence and the individual’s self-esteem.
To provide professional grade programs to athletes without the resources of an Olympic lifting facility.
To give an athlete his/her best chance to excel to the next level by increasing speed, explosiveness, power, and overall athletic ability.
To reach out to every caliber athlete, from youth to professional.
Designing programs geared towards specific individuals and their athletic needs.
