Future Site of the Richfield Band Stand! The City of Richfield is proposing to build the Band Stand with 300+ seating right by a sink hole at Veterans Memorial Park. The soil borings done at the site revealed the ground is bad from the surface to 16 feet down. They stopped drilling at 21 feet, we don't know what is below that.
